"I have some art work already on t4t relationships but I’d really love to make more!!

I want to make more illustration in relation to my experiences as a transmasc person with traditionally feminine autism hyperfixations like ballet, fashion and doll collecting. Or in relation to my experiences in neuroqueer relationships where we’re having to find our own path because of the lack of representation in the media."

Dorian Room (he/they) is a transgender artist from Manchester, aged 21, whose art centres around neuroqueer experiences and internetcore aesthetics. Currently pursuing a Master's in Illustration and an undergraduate degree in animation, Dorian has industry experience since 2018. Fueled by a love for fandom and a penchant for subverting tropes, Dorian's work embodies a meta-narrative approach.  Proficient in Procreate on iPad, Dorian employs glitch effects and halftones to craft visually striking pieces, ranging from realism to anime styles. Alongside creating their own artwork, Dorian leads beginner illustration and animation workshops, sharing their skills and passion with budding artists.
